"Absolutely Amazing"

Reviewed Trip Advisor - May 2017

My wife booked this hotel for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. We only booked B&B as we wanted to go out on the Saturday. I e-mailed the hotel and arranged flowers and bubbles in our room on arrival and more bubbles and breakfast on the Sunday.

"Tranquil night away "

Stayed for one night at the Rothay Garden to relax after a very busy week. Our room was cosy and had lovely views from the balcony of the countryside and brook running alongside the hotel. Although small, the spa was an excellent addition to help.

We checked in at 10.30pm at night and were met with a friendly manager who made us feel very welcome and bent over backwards to help us. We were attempting to climb Sca Fell Pike the following day and the manager told us the best.

Great attention to detail, extremely helpful staff. Extremely clean hotel including the very well maintained Spa area. Food was fabulous and the chef catered for changes to the menu due to my dietary requirements and even made suggestions. Highly recommended.
