Dear AllYou will no doubt have heard about the floods that have affected the Cumbria region over the weekend, especially outlying areas like Carlisle. I’m pleased to say that the central Lake District is relatively untroubled today, with Grasmere, Ambleside and Windermere mostly returning to normal. The local roads are dry.
