With a cellar extending to nearly 200 bins, Rothay Garden offers its guests a range of wines from around the world, which will satisfy all tastes and pockets. The wine list is well laid out, with personal commentaries from owner and your host, Chris Carss on some of his favourite wines, that he has sourced personally, whilst on his travels.

Guests can browse our wine list and order a bottle of wine from the lounge bar or from the comfort of their room, prior to dining. Either way, this will ensure that your wine is ready for you, at the correct temperature and matched to the correct Riedel wine glass to maximise your enjoyment.

A superb new facility recently installed at Rothay Garden is the "Cruvinet", a £10,000 investment which enables a wider selection of wines to be offered by the glass. The Cruvinet's nitrogen system displaces oxygen from the open bottle thereby enabling wines to remain as fresh as the time they were opened!
