Andrew Burton and his kitchen brigade believe in utilising the abundance of high quality local produce, from handmade cheese and home cured meats to Lakeland's famous lamb and salmon. The team harmonise traditional produce with innovative influences to meet each new season.
Seasonal Dinner Menu:
During your stay, you will enjoy dining from our Seasonal Menu, which features daily changes and offers a selection of five starters, main courses and desserts and always taking advantage of the best fresh market produce available day by day.
Seasonal Lunch Menu:
There is also a Seasonal Lunch Menu offering a choice of three starters, main courses and desserts for those guests perhaps booked on a bed and breakfast basis or for those who wish to take lunch before departure.
There is also a comprehensive dietary menu available, which caters for guests with vegetarian, lactose intolerance, diabetic, celiac or other dietary requirements. Prior notification on booking is always helpful, thank you.
A lighter menu featuring antipasto, ciabttas, bagels or wraps etc. is available in our lounges or garden throughout the day and evening.
Room Service Menu:
Our Lounge Menu is available in your room throughout the day and evening and our full Seasonal Menus are available in your room during restaurant opening hours.
